AVI Fresh menus are a collaboration between Culinary Services management staff and the Wellesley students. Our menus help ensure daily nutritional requirements. The menus are planned to avoid repetition and to offer a variety of food selection. Each academic term the menus are revised and updated. Suggestions from the students are always welcome and play a key role in the menu revisions.
If you have special dietary needs, food allergies or religious dietary requirements and want to arrange a private consultation with Executive Chef Larry Kessel, please email lkessel@wellesley.edu.
If you are unable to eat in the Culinary Center due to sickness please have Health Services contact Culinary Services.
